After development of the agreement the order for the Product can only be cancelled by the Buyer if the Seller grant the cancellation and the Buyer compensates the Seller for all expenses related to the work carried out in relation to the agreement and also pays the Seller an amount equivalent to the earnings which the Seller would have accomplished had the agreement been finished.
6. If the Seller, at any time including after creation of the agreement, thinks about the credit of the Buyer unsatisfactory the Seller might: (a) need security for payment of the Purchase Cost. (b) Keep delivery until such security is received, and/or (c) cancel the agreement. 7 (Personal Trainer in Gnangara ). 13. Where the storage is at a place remote from the installation website, transfer of our products to site is the obligation of the purchaser.
14. If the Buyer needs special packing in relation to the Product it must be accepted in composing between the Buyer and the Seller, and the cost of the exact same is to the Buyer's account and accordingly will be consisted of in the Purchase Price. If the Seller stops working to include the expense of special packaging in the Purchase Cost the Buyer need to pay to the Seller such costs on demand.

21. The Purchaser will pay the Seller right away. If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller might charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank expense rate relevant on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Rate is not inclusive of items and services tax, unless otherwise specified in writing.
