14. We schedule the right to appoint or subcontract out the whole or any part of this agreement at our discretion.
Any times priced estimate for our conclusion or shipment work from the date of receipt by us of a written order to proceed, together with all information and particulars we require to continue with the manufacture without disruption or delay. All such times are to be dealt with as estimates only and we shall not be responsible for failure to dispatch, install, or otherwise perform within such times unless otherwise concurred in composing.
21. The Purchaser shall pay the Seller right away. If the Buyer fails to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notification, keep delivery of any further Goods to the Purchaser and might terminate, without liability to the Purchaser, any or all surviving contracts in between the Seller and the Purchaser.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank expense rate suitable on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Rate is not inclusive of items and services tax, unless otherwise specified in composing.
