14. If the Buyer needs special packaging in relation to the Product it need to be consented to in writing in between the Purchaser and the Seller, and the expense of the same is to the Purchaser's account and accordingly will be consisted of in the Purchase Price. If the Seller fails to include the cost of unique packaging in the Purchase Rate the Purchaser must pay to the Seller such expenses on demand.
Where setup is included in the agreement the arrangement of a clear working website and adequate access will be the duty of the purchaser. It is our normal practice to alert delivery in advance in order to facilitate the clearance of our working location. We schedule the right to make an evaluation of the working area, and to postpone moving on to site at no penalty to the Seller if inadequate gain access to or centers exist 16.

21. The Purchaser will pay the Seller right away. If the Purchaser stops working to make a payment by the due date, the Seller may, without notice, withhold delivery of any more Product to the Purchaser and may terminate, without liability to the Buyer, any or all surviving agreements between the Seller and the Buyer.
If payment is not made on the due date, the Seller may charge interest on the quantity payable at the rate of 5% over the 90 day bank costs rate applicable on the day the payment is due. 23. The Purchase Cost is not inclusive of goods and services tax, unless otherwise defined in composing.
